Welcome to Zenquro ("we", "us", "our"), an AI-powered interview practice and resume analysis platform operated by Zenquro. By accessing or using our website at www.zenquro.in and the Zenquro application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our paid services. By using Zenquro you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account

To use Zenquro you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.

4. Services

Zenquro provides AI-based mock interviews, resume analysis, performance feedback and related practice tools. The output generated by the AI is provided for practice and guidance purposes only and does not constitute professional career, legal or other advice.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features are available on paid plans ("Pro" and "Premium"). Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Razorpay, and are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). By purchasing a subscription you authorise us to charge the applicable fees, including on a recurring basis until you cancel. 6. Free Tier

We may offer a free tier with limited usage. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature of the free tier at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to: attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineering the application, scraping content, uploading unlawful material, or using the service to generate or store illegal content.

8. Intellectual Property

The Zenquro name, logo, design, software and content are owned by Zenquro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that interview practice on Zenquro will result in a job offer or any particular career outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenquro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the services and cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with our cancellation policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the date of the last update.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
